V5 pal Infinity problem

i installed the infinity in my ps2,but now i can't start nothing anymore,the disc doesn't start spinning anymore :s
it makes some kraky noise.
the chip seems to be fine because i can enter the boot menu.
no solderbridges found...
anybody?

It could be laser or a fuse. I think that is the problem.
