V5 GH-015 PAL - Need Help!

[Endr_PS2]

I got a V5 GH-015 PAL PS2 for repair.
A DMS3 V2 installed.
After turning on the machine the red light on the reset is on.

The problems are:

*After pressing Reset the fan is on, the red light become green permanently,
No sound, the video become a vertical colors lines (Pic attached)

*Pressing the Eject does not open the tray. After pressing Eject the light on the Reset becomes green.

*The cd/dvd is no spinning. (Not move at all)

The actions I took:

*Took the chip with all the wires out.
*Clean all the soldering point.
*Check all the fuses - OK
*Looked for bridging with magnifier - didnt found
*The cd/cvd unit Replaced - no change
*The Eject/Reset unit includes the ribbon Replaced - no help

Any idea how to isolate the problem?
