V4 problem

ok this is an unmodded Pal V4 the BA chip has been replaced and also fuse PS9 and PS14 as both had blown. The dvd tray will now eject and i get blue light and disk spins up and continues to spin as if its loading but i just get a black screen no browser. Before i replaced the BA chip dvd tray wouldnt open or spin, so now i just need help with why a black screen all the time can anyone help with this thanks

If its unmodded ckeck the traces from the blown chips, you could be missing one. This would cause the tray to work but may not be sending the signal back properly to the cd\dvd controller chip.
