V4 PAL DVD-RIPs not boot

After fitting DMS3 v2.0 , DVD RIP cd's not boot.
DVD-R boot ok, ps2 cd boot ok, ps1 boot ok.
When dvd rip insert ,some times ,the laser is focusing and the screnn becom black, the laser is clicking strongly. some times no focusing.
When music CD insert the sound is jumpy BUT when the music CD insertet with Eject pressed for long which is disable the chip, the music CD sound is OK.
I'm not suspecting the laser unit, do anyone have any idea?

Depends on how you burn it.

My friend had Xenosaga DVD rip and burnt it using CloneCD ,or something like that, anyway it didn't work on his v6 Messiah, did on my v7 DMS3 though. He then burnt another copy using NERO and it worked perfectly. His laser's getting a bit old now, so he sticks to TDK media, which are like the BEST their is out there.
