I just added a new lens in my v4, which is chipped with a M2, it was working fine for about 10 mins. Now all I get is the Red light, blank screen, no eject light. But if you turn the PS2 on via the REST button, get a green light but thats it, blank screen and DVD drive won't eject, and no blue light.
Mod Chip hasn't been touched.
Any ideas....
