Where can I find the resistors to adjust the v4 lazer?
Mine has a disk read error on dvd media.

I can't find information on adjusting it anywhere.
I tried the white gear, but that didn't work.
    Can anyone help me out?

It's bad enough already, it can't get any worse
So do I turn it clockwise?
If I turn too much, it it possile to turn back? or is it one way only?

Yes you turn them clockwise but only minuet adjustments ...like 1/16 of a turn or less at a time. Yes you can turn it back also as a matter of fact you should note the original position before making any adjustments just in case you get into trouble. You can measure the Ohms across them also to see what they are set at and how much you have changed them...if you have a multimeter...if not its a good idea to get one if your going to be doing this kind of work. There cheap ,just pick one up at radio shack.

Yeah, I'll borrow one off my friend or something.
How many ohms should I adjust by at a time?
I don't wanna over do it.

Some one correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the factory settings are some where around 1200-1100Ohms I have gone as far down as 800Ohms and I wouldn't do much lower then that I have heard of people going as low as 650Ohms. That freaks me out. Any ways I would adjust them no more the 50Ohms at a time. Good luck hope you don't fry your lazer.
