i installed a modbo on a ntsc v4 regular games will play fine but when i put backup in it says insert a ps2 disc i know the disc works as i tried it on another systme its like no chip is installed

any help would be great

uhm.. could be many things...

could be a bad install.. could be a bad laser

try out a burned cd.. or if u can try and get your hands on a retail import.. if the import works ur laser is headin its way out the door
