  1. #1 Question V4 Gap Bios
    wideglide Guest
I have the V4 gap Bios PS2 and i was wondering which mod is the best. I tried the apple 2 but can't get it to work right and not to many people seem to be able to help. So i was thinking of getting the dsm3 V2. Because that had the highest rating on the poll in this forum. But I just read tonight that some people had problems the the V4 gap bios with this chip. What would you do? Any help would be great.

Thanks guy's. I went with the DUO. Should have it by this weekend. It looked pretty simple to install.

if it doesn't work return the chip and have a pro do it...all chips are nearly the same difficulty really, you have to have a certain amount of expertise...

    I recommend Premods
    Efnet #ps2-scene

    PS2's
    V7- Messiah2 modded, my baby

    XboX
    V1.0 Xecuter 2.0 Pro '

do you work for them - or get commission or something??

Yes the DUO was the best way to go in a V4. V4's are much easier than V1-3's but still have some hard via's for beginners to handle so the DUO is a god send for most.

    good luck!

Use the Vias for wires I, B and A . Use a razor blade to scrap the enamel off the vias !! also never apply solder directly to the board unles your a PROFESSIONAL Always tin your wires by dipping the wire into a hot ball of solder.
