V4 DMS3 cd not spinning right....

Please can someone try to help me....

Doing in my nut.

I have a v4 gap bios which is a fully working unit, i have installed a dms3 chip into it using all the best guide lines i have found.

Short fat ground wire and power.

When i switch it on it powers up but the orb logo does not spin it stays still. Also it will not read from the drive, i am trying an original. I know the lazer works because it was working before the chip went in.

Wierd but driving me mad, i have read a post pefore about someing having inactive orbs on the logo screen but i cannot find it now.

Please help.

To get the logo spinning reset the time on you ps2!!

Also check all you bios points.
