v14 ps2 turns itself on

hi, i've installed a matrix infinity (green dot) on a brand new PAL version 14 (SCPH-75004), updated to the latest firmware, flashed successfully and it plays backups and original games perfectly but when the console is on standby it automatically switches itself on every 20 minutes or so.

anybody come across to this or similar issue?

Use for RST a thin wire.
That will help.

Check to be sure no via's on the bottom of the modchip touch any components on the motherboard of the PSTwo.
