v14 found?

k, anyone got diagrams for these?
i will be getting samples in 5 days and trace everything, test modchips... - unless another team already has the diagrams or has tested these?
I am doing one right now, Board revision is gh-037-11, model # is 75001... I posted some pics in the diagrams thread...
Bios is the Same:
I am working on the CDVD points as we speak:
I will post pics and configuration when i am done...

Here are the CDVD connections from left to right...
A(MI) or O(DMS)
T(DMS)-RW
B(MI) or P(DMS)
I(MI) or W(DMS)
G(MI) or U(DMS)
H(MI)
Now i can't say that this is 100% but it is what i have been able to find based on other version CDDVD controller diagrams, i have been able to trace them to the mobo off the controller, but i haven't been able to get a chip to work, i have tried two DM$4 pro's and 2 MI's, no luck so far. I can disable the DM$, and all i get from the MI is black screen until i disconnect the RST.
As i said before the Bios points all seem to be connected the same as V12, Y For MI is the same as previous, Q for DM$ is the same as the V12, and scex is the same as V12 for both.
I assume that Sony has done some upgrading of the software, 'cause i can't see a reason for the chips not to work, except for the software(kinda like when the 1.6 xbox came out)... And once again, don't quote me on that it could be just the blue dot MI's i have.
I hope this helps you summ0ne, at least a little.

back about a month ago i found problem to install MARS PRO805 SL in a brand new v13. had tried 5 mars chips still the same result. all i got was just blank screen until i disconnected the RST (M for mars chip). i checked bios version and it's the same as old v12. then i installed an Apple 70k (ice based clone), everything just working fine. so i guessed this might be a new v13 version.
now according to the picture posted by summone, the dvd controller points are not the same as the v13 i have mentioned above. assuming marcus21 is right about his finding on those dvd controller points, i suggest to try chip like apple70k, or H2O to see what happen.

Damn looking at the pic SomeOne posted and it looks like the HDconnect points have changed as well.
I recived a mail from mars team. The have new modchip compatible for 7501 and they call it Mars Action A705.
good to see mars already has its chip supporting the so called v14. i have a feeling that H2O , apple70k or those ICE based chips might work fine in those v14. let's seeOriginally Posted by psxgameshop
Question: 75001 .. Have they been out before? Or can we identify a 75001 as a v14?
Do you know where i might get my hands on one or possibly H20? I am not willing to pay 50 bucks though as modchip.ca wants.Originally Posted by psxgameshop
