I just installed a h20 into this machine
When i connect power, there is no lights at all so i cant power it up.

This is ofcoz no modchip failure but i have been ****ing up somehowl.

I checked both the cable from mobo to eject/power and the power fuse, both are in tact.

Any1 have any other ideas what to check?

I might have used to much heat on the v5 point on the v13 scheme of h20, could that cause this failure?

UPDATE!!: Removed modchip, no there is a red light. But when i try to turn it on, it goes instant off. No laserfix is connected, modchip removed.
    What to check?

Just for the hell of it... check all of the fuses. But you're saying that you may have applied too much heat to the 5volt connection? Whip out a multimeter and measure the regulator. You should have 5volts (where you would connect your modchip's power too) - obviously .

Have you tried removing the modchip completely and then testing it?
