    This is astrange problem from a v12 pal.
    The console dont have any mod.
    Have work OK for 2 days .
    Now if press the reset the led go green and imidiettly go to red.
    I have check all the fuses in the motherboard and its OK.

    I cant find anything.
    Any idea is good .

    got same problem awhile back, found fuse PS3 was damage, replace it with same fuse from V7 board, work just fine now. when test with multimeter on fuses, its should show 0 (digital) or connected. other than that value, mean fuse damage
