I have installed many many modchips on psx2 ... but for V12 its big problem for now....... all my clients will buy Magic Switch from me with magic 3.3.... later in future i will install modchips only if it´s 100% safe....

L @ jon... good one! Though if you're from mersey, you also speak 'drunkenese' quite fluenty, yeah?!?!

Hey, Mr Aptly Named One... what the heck is a Magic Switch? and what's this Magic 3.3 you mentioned? Or do I get to be the first of many to nickname you "the troll'!

Magic switch is a plastic snap to the rear lid sensor, and also a plastic switch clip for the front lid sensor. A solution allowing users to play ALL of their DVD-R, CD-R and Import games using the Swap Magic Discs with the simple flick of a switch!

    jon1 ....

man... no problem..... keep installing bad modchips and bad solutions on psx2 slim, i found real method, 100% safe and with warrantie, later when modchips on psx2 become safer and 100% working i will install them .... for now magic 3.3 is the solution....

I would submit that the current fixes are far better than "bad solutions"... they are showing great results (particularly summ0ne's fix).

And suggesting that the Infinity and the latest Magic (and Muppet) are bad chips sounds an awful lot like someone trying to convince himself that his solution has merit (the old "slam the other guy so I'll feel better about myself" syndrome).

By the way brain... if you're waiting until chips become 100% working, you'll never install another modchip. No chip can boast 100% success.
