    Been there done that.
This has to do either with the laser or the smd resistors you applied when u installed the summ0ne fix. Fortanly this never happend to me anymore, but i think i had like 3-4 machines in the start behaving like this.

I would suggest to remove summ0ne fix, check if it works.
If it not working, try replace the laser (if u have a spare to check with)
If not working, remove both the smd resistors and replace them with 100k (or is it 130k?) resistors so you dont need to put in any fix at all.

You can also try search the forums about this, its been discussed a few times before.

Also, put the chip in disable mode, try boot a original to see if same thing happend, coz then u know its the smd resistors or the laserissue.

    Not sure what u mean.

If you want to REMOVE the summone fix, u remove the summ0ne resistor u solder on the two 683/303 and 683/303.

I ended up replacing both these two on mobo with 2 brand new 100k.
Dont trust the value im telling you (100k) i had to ask for this in another thread here myself coz i have bad memory regarding all these values.

If u take a look at subzero laserfix digrams, the two -- points you solder the subzerolaserfix too, is the two resistors im talking about.

Yupp, then u might wanna try to exchange the two smd resistors or try with another laser..

It starts, stop, starts, stop, starts, stop, then its spin down slowly and machine freeze?

I replace the ones that says 303 or 683. Both.
    Anyways, this was funny.

    I modded a BRAND NEW machine today a v13.
    No laserfix applied.

When i turned it on i got the Start,Stop,Start,Stop, start, stop NO BOOT as above again. and i was like WTF.

Then i took out all three connectors from laser to mobo and reattached them and now the console is working.

    You should try that too!!
