I just finished installing my MI chip on my v12 PS2, and I tested it with the case off, and it booted the Matrix logo, and continued as normal. Then I replaced the metal shield on the botom of the board, and put the case back together and now I get no power at all to the console. Any ideas on how I can fix this???

Probably blew fuse with the metal shielding grounding something it shouldn't be.

Use a multimeter to check all fuses onboard.

Will do. You know of where a diagram is that has the locations, and the multimeter should read if there good? Also, what setting should I read them on?

You should get a reading if the fuse is still good. Set it to 200 ohms. Search for the diagram on this forum.
