v12 matrix infinty problem

After modding my third V12 today i seem to have a problem
The chips are blue dot from the same batch, i have installed and all work with no need to upgrade firmware.
The ps2 will not boot backups, loads originals with the infinity logo beneath the playstation logo but i just get the red screen with all backups
Anyone got any ideas as this one has me puzzled

1.rerflash it in v1.38
2.check the wires A,B,G,H,I. and maybe scex

you have to flash it first with a firmware! It's a homebrew version and then only play's originals!

Thanks for the replies villasg and jemico, tried reinstalling and all ok.
The blue dot MI chips i get are pre flashed with v1.36
