V12 laser will not move on rails

Hi folks.

I have an infinity modded slim line and now the lasr will not move up and down the rails. The laser emits light for a millisecond after the buttons are pressed simulating the lid closing.

I had this problem before but can't remeber the fix. All fuses are 100% as are the resistors - all 30k.

Still the laser will not move up/down the rails.

Any help appreciaited.

sounds like the snake arm motor .

The snake is fine and all motors are ok. Laser tested in another machine.

Even if snake was knackered the laser would emit. It only emits for a fraction of a second after holding the switches for over 3 seconds.

ps 11 fuse maybe is gone .
But my opinion is the laser is gone

As stated all fuses are 100% and laser is fine are are the resistors. If either was the problem i would not be asking for assistance.

Have exactly the same problem with 1 of my recent pstwo, all fuses ok but no movement from the laser. test laser in other unit=ok. I really am currious what it could be hope someone has a good suggestion.
