Modded a v12 with 303 smds. Applied 560 ohm resistor GENTLY with wires from the smds. Following day costumer gave me back this console because the disk didnt even spin up. I found inside a very fried lens, and got confused. The fix looks realy fine ( also did the 4,7 kohm fix). Shall i just put a new laser into it and hand it back? What do you think?

    best regards

as jenko says - the fixes aren't 100% - Damn close though, but every now and again you just get one that fries. just replace the laser and check all the resistor values again and you should be fine.
