v10 laser clicks like crazy

I have no idea what happened. I installed everything neatly, did the romeo mod, then turn it on and it clicks for at least 3 seconds then ejects.

I tried undoing the romeo mod by putting pin 17 to 12v point but that doesn't seem to work... Right now I think the LA chip is damage but I'm not sure. I wonder if anyone here have similar problems.

Finally figured it out. It's pretty obvious but I overlooked it. I wish they made better cables.

After bending it back everything worked great. Too bad I wasted a day looking everywhere else. =/

well done on finding it, we sometimes overlook the simple things.
i just had a v9 laser clicking badly and not reading correctly so i replaced the la chip and replaced the burnt laser coils, now no more clicking and working like new.
