Trouble with Duo2se and V7

Heyas, I installed a Dou2se in a V7 recently. It turns on fine but after I eject the tray when I try to press eject to put the tray back in nothing happends. It looks like the laser turns on for a second but the tray does not go back in. Any ideas on whats wrong and how I can fix it? Please let me know. Thanks

I had the EXACT same problem a few days ago on a V9, I changed the chip and it was all good after that

I have a few chips coming in next week so I'll try swapping chips when they come in. Anyone have any other ideas?

The best thing to do is to remove the chip and see if its causing the problem.

I would double-check the R and Z wires.

I had the same simptoms with the DUO 2 SE, i solved it by not installing the Z wire.
(anyway who's using action replay this days

)

so you dont need the Z wire ?

No u don't need it on most versions. (v9-v10 for sure)
I think u need it on v5 for "run from browser".
Anyway try to install without it, and if not working from browser add it.

as i know the z point is for using action replay.
