that thing on the Magic modchip that says 50.0

I think its a capacitor but might not be. I posted before about the v7 datecode C but looking closer at the install I noticed that the Magic 2 chip my friend gave me has this thing ripped off. So is there anywhere I can buy this and solder it back on? what is it?
