    is there any way to protect the laser v1-8?? just want a yes or no answer.

    You don't need to apply any fix to them since they do not have laser issues.

    Cause all things die out sooner or later. A laser cannot last forever and it wears out after years of use.

    That is correct laser dies out, I've changed twice my v5 laser.
