Is there a Fix for V9/V10 La Chip by lifting some legs???

someone mentioned you can pretty much fix a v9/v10 la chip by lifting some of the legs of the chip , i'm not refering to the method of lifting pin 14 and taking to 5 volts .

Anyone got details of this fix ?!?!?!?!

Yes this is the way of la clone .
Lift 4 pins ( tracking and fucus ) and put the LA clone .
