Cant on modded ps2 unless you are using DMS 3 ver2.2 which support original codebreaker 8. You mayu want to try swap magic CD and swap magic dvd to load on magic V but can guarentee it will work.
Is there some way of making a backup of the codebreaker disc with these features removed?
Not unless you know how to program codebreaker has to be reprogramed so that it reads modified bios in modded ps2. Unfortunately no one knows how to do this.
Do you know of any web sites that sell pre-modified ps2 consoles with DMS 3 ver2.2?
Go get a premod ps2 from N£TM£ÇH instead.........
How many versions of the dms3 are there? Will all of them boot cbv8? Those sites don't specify what version of dms3 they are selling.
does matter which version so long its a DMS3 all of them can be upgraded to bios 2.2 via cdr
where do you get this cdr? Sorry for my ignorance.
