Testing of Modbo V2.1

Hmm i have just modded my PStwo with the Modbo V2.1, it works fine with almost any games but it just wouldn't allows me to use cheat devices like action replay, gameshark and etc to boot my backup games. I got my mobdo V2.1 from http://www.divineo.cn.

By the way, i have also tried to flash the Modbo V2.1 and surprisingly, the matrix firmware v1.54 and V1.68 did not fry/burn my modbo V2.1 at all. Hmm maybe those modbo team fellas must have make this chip more stable then the previous version i guess. Whenever you try to flash it, you will realise that it just hang there and do nothing and when you reboot the PStwo, it will goes back to its usual state again. Making flash update impossible this time. ( I have only tried the two above-mentioned firmware and for the others, i have yet to try it! ) Therefore for the other versions of matrix firmware, do it at your own risk if you intend to try out...

Lastly, does anyone here knows hows to boot these cheat devices with our backup games? Thanks for the reply if any.

it is ment to do this and also it shouldnt let u access the config screen

You can't upgrade nor change config since modbo 1.2.
