Ok in my area there is not really any place where i can get a contiunuity / multimeter tester. I hear that you can make your own with a battery and an LED, but basically before I do that, my problem is that my PS2 has a blown fuse SOMEWHERE but I don't know which one it is, basically there is no power (no red standby light) when I flip the I/O switch on the back ON. What fuse or whatever that needs to be replaced would this most likely be? Thanks for any help provided (I WANT TO START PLAYING FFX and GTA Vice City again!!!)

Oh yeah, it is a v7 PS2 w/ BIOS 070. It was working fine with a Magic3.1 but I don't know what happened. A replacement reset/eject ribbon didn't work either.
Solderless Mods and Flip tops are like tampons, every pussy needs one!

    Check the following thread:

Please see the revised pic of the fuse tester, which was EnTiTy's idea, I only refined it.
    I hope it helps.
