tell me what mod chip is this?

it boots cdr and dvd.
but to play DVD movies, gotta hold reset. so what's that chip?

Almost all old chips worked that way, except those new ones that have the auto disk identification implemented... So to tell you the exact answer is nearly impossible. *ok, we can start guessing, but it won't help that much*
