    Hi all
I have a v5 ps2 that does not power up. I checked the surface mount fuses and found out the ps1 fuse is blown because my power/eject cable is bad. Does anyone have those fuses and the cable to sell. Or can you let me know were I can get them.
    THANKS

yeah that fuse is a bitch, but it doesnt blow from the cable being damaged, it blows from the pins for it (2 bridged or more) being bridged together im sure. I have no idea where you can get a PS1 surface mount fuse....

Most electronics parts stores should stock them... well the big ones anyway...

We have Farnell / JayCar & RS electronics - Farnell is world wide but for one fuse only you would probably do better chasing down a local installer as they may have a dead PS2 that they would happily strip one of these fuses off for you.

Obviously there are hundreds of part - resellers around the world that you could probably score some free samples from if you know the right way to ask!
