Subzero 2 Chip for PSTwo

Is anyone using the SubZero 2 chip on a PSTwo here? i searched and i cant find much info on it other then its website http://d-vices.com/subzero/ . If so can you give me some Pros/Cons?

It's pretty good. Has like a 9/10 bootrate. The psx boot screen is kinda mess up but you shouldn't worry about something like that. It is a good chip for the price.

Baiscally its a specially made ICE code set used with the blessings of the ICE team.

is this chip flash upgradable when new ICE code comes out? 9/10 .... can you give an example of what it may not be able to boot?

No flashing, but it does have dev mode.

think i will just go with the Magic KX .. to hard to find info on the subzero

I would actually like to take a look at these if they are modified ICE code.

I've installed two of them, so far they have worked out nicely. The autoboot feature is really nice for being such a cheap chip.

Where did you purchase them? I just emailed summ0ne@d-vices.com - worldwide distributor & maker. I cant find any stores that carry them.. Googled but only found weird non-english sites
