Strange PS2 Problems

Hi i just bought a PS2 V10 and a DMS3 V9

I istalled the Dms3 my self following the guides.

When i finished a put on my PS2 and it booted correctly

but when i play a game is hangs and i also hear a strange feedback noice like a mic next to a speaker. Can u help me out please.
