Strange behavior with new V7 and DMS V2 chip

I just finished the install and everything works fine, but the swirling orbs don't swirl anymore.... They appear and then just form one solid orb. Can someone in the know tell me how to correct this issue? As I said, everything boots fine, DVD-R, DVD-RW, CD-R and originals, I just want to know how to make the orbs swirl around like they should?

Set the clock. It might take a few times because the numbers might just revert back to "0" but keep on trying it will eventually work.
