I can't direct boot a backup of this game. I can get it to work by booting up Swap Magic 3.0, putting in the game and hitting 'square'. Games loads and works great, so I know the DVD-r is good. If I just direct boot with the messiah 2 clone, the playstation 2 logo shows, then the screen stays black.
Anyone else have similar problems? I have a v4 with a hdd installed.

07-02-2004,04:00 PMOk, looks like it's not the messiah 2 clone. I took out the hdd, and it boots just fine. Must be a bug in the game when it sees a non-sony hdd.
