umm, you'll need solder too.
also, about that solder gun. i dont recall many guns having small tips, so unless yours is under 1mm, i wouldnt use it. since you're obviously new to it as well, i wouldnt reccomend using anything about 15 watts, 30 if you really have no other choice.

12-28-2003,06:51 PMok - may have miss calculated but I think that is 0.56mm thick try to find a 0.014 diameter one - i.e. 0.35mm or thinner.
but if you can't - that one should work ok.

tip arounf 1mm will do you can get smaller
rosin core solder
desoldering braid
solder pump
flux
fibre glass pen to remove laquer
a set of wire hooks
anti static mat with wrist strap
a set of plastic protentiometre screw drivers's
a digital multimetre
electrical insulation tape
that about some's it up for a ps2 modding kit starter pack
there is more but most is only needed by pro's
i will have forgotten some stuff but hey
