Solder Bridge Help
On my magic3.1 chip my pad for "b" got pulled off, I soldered the wire directly to the chip on the right pin, Everyhting worked but started to get sporatic and not loading, so I looked into it and the wire was pushed down during put together and was touching the reset pin. So I desoldered and went to resolder and now pins "b" and "a " are bridged. What do the two of those pins do it is so small that I dont know if I will be able to get the bridge fixed. Is there a way to fixed a pad that pulls up rather than solder to the pin, I did it this time but I guess the bare wire was to long because it touched.

Get some de-solder braid and put that on what you want to de-solder nad touch it with your iron. The braid will wick the solder right into it. It works pretty well most of the time.
