Should i do the color fix in my old v4 ps2

Should i do the color fix in my old v4 ps2.im going to install a messiah 2
And if i have to do it how to do it.and i dont get the instructions that messiah2 gives u . do i need to add a switch

What's the problem with the Messiah 2 instructions for the colour fix? It;s connecting a wire between the colour fix point and either 3.45v (3.3v) if you have an NTSC TV ot to a Ground point if you have a PAL TV. A switch is needed only if you are going to move between televisions and one of the TVs doesn't support the frame rate.
