    Hallo,

i hope that someone can help me.

I tried to replace my damaged reset-eject-cable with a own "construction".
To make it short, i caused a shortage on the connection (of the reset-eject-cable) on the ps2-board (V5/6-PAL).

    Now:
    - the eject and power lights are off
    - no reaction through the press of reset or eject

    All fuses are OK.

Is there a chance to repair the ps2? How?

    Excuse my bad englisch.

All fuses seem to be OK, that sounds fishy to me. Are you sure you didn't skip any of them?

btw! Du scheinst mir ja aus D zu kommen. Dies- oder jenseits des Weisswurstaequators?

The own construction has to engage properly at the motherboard end. If everything else is OK, pay attention to that.
