ShadowKnyght IS THE MAN!!!

This is my first post to any forum ...ever. When i was looking around for a xbox-scene equivolent i heard this was the spot. But after looking around for a short while i couldnt find many good tutorials as to how to install my magic v 50k in my v9. Till i came across some posts from ShadowKnyght. Not only good info....but pictures with wires installed. I finally got down to soldering...mind you im amatuer.....nervous the whole time....shaking...ugly solder. When finally finished i tested my original ps2 game...worked fine. Then when i went to put in a ps1 back-up i got the browser screen. At first i figured bad wiring but i didnt want to open it up again... so i came here and there was no answer to my dilema. Till ....once again.... i came across a post from ShadowKnyght. The official magic website even led me wrong by telling me to hold down the RESET button....his post told me eject....and ....presto everything fine. So what this post is really for....besides thanking ShadowKnyght.... is to tell everyone to listen to him first and if you have problems ask him.

so i do have a problem and am hoping for an answer from ShadowKnyght....but any help from others will be equally appreciated. every time i try to save a ps1 game it wont find my mem cards. any answers? thanx again

You need a PS1 memory card to save the games to.
