    I was installing Modbo 4.0 in customer's V19 using this diagram

    I didn't solder H point since this console is Euro PAL.
    When powered on, there's no video and audio output. Only once I was able to start it but clock wasn't set up (no spinning dots).
    I checked 3 times already all solder points and there are no bridges, shorts, or anything?
    I need help urgently since it's customer's console, not mine.

    I removed the chip and console is working fine. I triple checked before and there were no bad soldering. Is it possible that chip is damaged?
