I think that it's a GAP, but you have to check yourself, it's not ALWAYS a GAP or NO-GAP unless you open the thing..
By the way, Why Magic 3.1?

I got it for free from a contest by isonews and bestbuy2002 but i know it is a clone... i just hope it will work!
