Does anybody have pics of their romeo mod? I have seen the diagrams on different websites and it seems that they are all different. I want to see exactly what point to solder to on a v10 NTSC board.

Dont have a picture of mine. But this is how I do it.
Make sure you lift the Pin on the LA. Make sure there are no bridges.

And here are pictures of mine completed. Got my fingers crossed about the soldering on the leg of the pin. I looked with a magnifying glass, but could not see good enough under and behind the leg. I *think* everything is ok.

the solder doesnt need to get under and behind the leg to make good contact with it.

I know the solder doesn't need to get under and behind the leg. I meant I hope it did not.

As far as closer shots go, I doubt it if I can get closer. That is about the limit of my digital camera. I can try another shot or 2, but I have many doubts that I can do any better than what is posted already.

Put my ps2 back together today, and my first Romeo mod was a success!! Works great, cannot tell a difference at all when it boots games. Thanks everyone!
