When installing my Magic 3.5 I accidently added too much solder on to point "S". In my attempt to remove the extra solder the component, "S", crumbled. I found that when the Magic 3 wire crosses the two points of that particular part the system will work, if not it will not do anything. Does anybody know what part that is so I can order another one and re-install it to my system. I just don't trust the jerry rigged version I am using.

I think the component you are talking about is a capacitor. I have no idea of its value (picofarads I expect). When I had to remove a NEO4 an install a Magic, this capacitor was missing so I just grabbed one from a dead PS1 board I had and it worked.

By chance do you have a spare capacitor you can send on over?
