    Does anyone know an easy way to get the chip off the board? that sticky tape on the back is strong a fcuk! i dont wanna damage the chip or the board so any ideas would help, thanks guys

    What else could you do other than pull the chip out by force? What kinda chip anyway?

    I dunno lol, but i use a solvent cleaner to remove stuff like that at work it takes of marks on glass left by sticker but do you think that would damage the board? and its a DUO chip i think theres somethin wrong with the chip so i wanna take it out and try a new one

    Ahhh I've pulled out many Duos before. No worries, just carefully lift it up. Make sure you're not lifting the side with the most capacitators. Lift the side with little components around them. Once you get one side up it should come off easily.
