Reliable & Cheap modchip to autoboot backups?

Hello everyone. I want to purchase a PS2 modchip. I just need one that is reliable, able to play DVD DL backups and all others, and will auto boot the media. I hear that the matrix infinity is good, but I see the crystal chips are much cheaper. I don't want to spend a lot on a matrix if a crystal does the same. Any information? Also does anyone know of any Wisconsin installers?

where can you find crystals a lot cheaper

either crystal chip or matrix infinity both are about the same price crystal chip is about $3-5 cheaper at some places
