I know you cant play PAL dvd movies on USA NTSC PS2.
But what about JAPAN PS2? Can i play my region 2 PAL movies on my japanese PS2 using DMS3 or DVD Region X??

08-05-2004,08:04 PMyeah, europe and japan are both region 2, but japan is ntsc and europe is pal. if you have dms3, or messiah 2 with dvd region X, you can play pal dvds, but like the last post states, you need a pal tv or something that can display pal.
