Can anyone advise me to which set of component video cables are best for the PS2? I've seen a wide range of prices in them (Pelican brand retailing for around $19.99 or so, whereas monster brand cables retail for $49+) I want to make sure that I have the nicest picture available when I get my new TV and PS2; yet that I also don't fall under the 'expensive is always better' myth.

"Monster Cables" are "sweet", that's right "Component Video Technology" is the best so far for TV's.

In fact we got here the Component Video from Monster Cable. It looks great, you can even notice the red letters in "MGS2" that looks so pure compared to the original cable. The freaking thing is that the cable is too expensive at $60 (I don't care because I live with my cousin so everything here is his stuff, but $60+ for a damn cable!!!). My conclusion, get a cable that's thick & have good contact. Go to http://xinga.com & check for PS2 cables, let us know what you decide.

After you know what you want to get, check prices here:

That's right a "gold digger" doesn't mean that's better... Also it doesn't matter if you only wanna get laid & have the "green paper" (not MaryJane).
