psx1 ntsc tekken 3 off centre and slow in v7 pal

A guy has had a judus 7 fitted in a ps2 v7 pal today
he has phone me said everthing is ok but cant get a ntsc tekken 3 game to centre on the screen write and his m8 ps2 who is next to him ps2 v4 pal messiah 1 plays the game faster,his seems to be running the game slow
any advice many thanks

Coz judus is a magic clone... PAL ps2's don't support ntsc mode for psx games... But Messiahs/ripper correct this, not magics...
