PSX Import Games (us/jpn) on PAL V7 with DMS3! only 50hz? no ntsc and black bars??

anyone know if this will be fixed by future software upgrades?
i read the dms3 only supports 50hz with us/japan psX games? so u have black bars on top and bottom and game runs signivicantly slower!
i want fullscreen 60hz on my us psx games!

so i am not sure wether to get DMS or SNIPER modchip!

I would also like to get an answer to this question. It is somewhat annoying with the black bars on top and bottom. I can't imagine that this is a major problem to fix. A part from this problem, my DMS3 chip works perfectly.
