Alright alot of people are telling me to use and not to bother with using a fix and that using any fix is not recommended because playing w/ the laser voltages is not something that should be done. I for one am 99.9% sure that I am going to be using the summ0ne fix, however, I am not sure on where to get a 560Ohm or 1.8K Ohm resistor (is 1.8K an 1800Ohm resistor, stupid question I know). Anywho, any input would be greatly appreciated and I will probably be getting a DMS4 or a MagicV KX+ Chip to install into it (it will be getting sold as a premod as soon as I can get the unit and install the chip and have it all tested to make sure the laser isn't gonna crap out. Has anyone used the summ0ne fix and have their ps2 die, and if not, how long has it been running fine for? Thanks.
Solderless Mods and Flip tops are like tampons, every pussy needs one!

Well so far I've been running a new slim with the Magic 5KX chip and no fixes with no problems. When I say so far I mean it's been modded for about a week, I've done a few 4-6 hours marathons without incident.
