and it seems to be a lil confusing.

Fix 1
the picture says put 470n to 1uf cap which i interperetted as just add a 470nf cap to the existing 1uf cap. i'm assuming this is correct as later in the document it says to use a 470nf cap for the LM317T.

As for the inductors... it states to use 33nh to 100nh.... does this mean any value between the two.. if so is there a preferred value.

Any help on this subject would be terrific.
